Entrepreneurship Coursework

The NAE Grand Challenge Scholars program requires an entrepreneurship experience to prepare students to translate invention into innovation.

DSGN 430 – Design Thinking and Innovation Minimum student level – junior
EF 303 – Creating Synergies in Business and Engineering Collaborations Must be enrolled in the Integrated Business & Engineering Programs
ENT 350 – Introduction to Entrepreneurship Minimum of 45 completed credit hours
ENT 410 – Leadership in Nonprofits and Social Entrepreneurship Minimum of 45 completed credit hours
ENT 410S – Leadership in Nonprofits and Social Entrepreneurship Minimum of 45 completed credit hours
ENT 415 – Start-Overs as Start-Ups Minimum of 45 completed credit hours
ENT 425 – Entrepreneurial Marketing Minimum of 45 completed credit hours
ENT 451 – New Venture Planning ENT 350 with grade of C or better; Minimum student level – junior
ENT 460 – Leading Innovation and Change ENT 350 with grade of C or better; Minimum student level – junior
ENT 492 – Entrepreneurship Internship Minimum of 45 completed credit hours and Consent of instructor
IE 457 – Engineering Entrepreneurship (also CBE 457, ME 457, MSE 457, and NE 457) Consent of instructor
